How do I install Lumexio on Shopify?
From the Shopify App Store: install the app, approve the permissions, and Lumexio imports your history automatically.
Is my data updated in real time?
Yes: new orders, products and stock are updated as soon as they change in Shopify. Customer records are refreshed daily.
What happens if I uninstall the app?
If it was your last store, your subscription stops. The store’s data is then deleted according to Shopify’s data protection rules.
Can I try Lumexio on my Shopify store without commitment?
Yes: 30 days of full access, no credit card. If Lumexio isn’t for you, just uninstall the app.
Does Lumexio change my store?
No. Lumexio reads your data without changing it. The only exception: the pixel that counts views of your product pages.
Do I need a separate Lumexio account?
